YOU must realize YOU are a sinner.
For ALL have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; (Romans 3:23)

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. (John 3:3)

Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But Your iniquities have separated between YOU and Your God, and YOUR sins have hid his face from YOU, that he will not hear. (Isaiah 59:1-2)

YOU must believe Christ came and died for YOUR sins.
But God commendeth his love towards US, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for US. (Romans 5:8)

For the wages of sin is death; BUT the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

Who his own self bare OUR sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by who stripes ye were healed. (I Peter 2:24)

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)

YOU must accept Christ as YOUR Personal Savior.
That if THOU shalt confess with THY mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in THINE heart that God hath raised him from the dead, THOU shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto SALVATION. (Romans 10:9-10)

For he saith, I have heard THEE in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of SALVATION. (II Corinthians 6:2)
